Terms & Conditions

Before your appointment

Accessibility

Unfortunately, we do not currently have wheelchair access. Our treatment room is located on the first floor.

Booking details

Appointments must be booked in the name and details of the person receiving the treatment. This allows us to keep all treatment notes and appointment records together correctly and appropriately.

The minimum age for all treatments is 18 years.

Cancellations & deposits

We politely ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are charged at the full cost of the time booked. Future appointments may be suspended until any outstanding payment has been settled.

Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable. However, with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment date.

If you cancel your appointment and choose not to rebook, your deposit will remain as credit on your account, rather than being refunded. This credit is valid for 12 months, in line with our gift voucher validity.

Booking confirmation & health forms

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been completed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us directly so we can confirm that your appointment is correctly in the diary.

If you are a new client, you will be sent health forms by email in advance of your appointment. Please complete these before you attend. This helps us save time on the day and get straight into your treatment.

Please only attend if you are well

You must be 100% well when attending your appointment.

This is particularly important to protect clients who may have a compromised immune system, including those currently undergoing cancer treatment.

If you arrive unwell, we may need to turn you away, and the appointment charge may still apply. If you are unsure whether you should attend, please contact us before your appointment.

Raven, our therapy dog

There will be a friendly therapy dog, Raven, in the treatment room with us.

If you have any concerns about this, including allergies, phobias or simply feeling uncomfortable around dogs, please get in touch with us directly before your appointment.

When you arrive

We do not have a receptionist, so there may not be anyone available to greet you when you arrive.

Please take a seat in the waiting room on the ground floor and we will come and collect you as soon as we are ready.

Please do not knock on or open any treatment room doors.

Thank you for taking the time to read this information. We look forward to seeing you soon!
